Here at Bell Road Toyota, we know that the Toyota brand is
always working on improvements for our favorite vehicles. So it's no surprise
to us that its researchers will soon be working hard at a massive new R&D
center that's focused on making Toyota cars the best they can be. Whether
you're interested in sedans like the 2018 Toyota Corolla or tough pickup trucks
like the 2018
Toyota Tacoma, this new research center will help ensure that your favorite
models keep getting better.
All in all, the Toyota brand has spent more than $21 billion
on research and development efforts in the past year. The auto industry is
changing rapidly, but you can be sure that Toyota cars will keep up thanks to
this kind of investment. As vehicles use alternate fuels and new, advanced
mobility technologies, Toyota
researchers need space to test out the latest innovations. That's where
this new R&D center comes in.
Located in Japan, this $2.8 billion hub could open up in
some capacity in 2019. It will probably take another few years to become fully
operational though. What will really set this facility apart is its recreation
of Germany's iconic Nurburgring racetrack. This track has served as a proving
ground for a variety of vehicles for years, and now a track that mimics parts
of the Nurburgring will put Toyota cars to the test in their homeland. We can't
wait to see what kind of new tech, green vehicles, and performance tweaks come
from the work at this new facility.
So visit our Toyota dealership

the going gets rough. We hope to see you soon for a test drive!
