Go Green With New Toyota Cars

Here at Bell Road Toyota, we're always excited to hear about new Toyota vehicles. We've also noticed that more drivers are looking for fuel-efficient and green cars these days. The Toyota brand has taken notice as well, which is why its ambitious new electric vehicle plans have just been unveiled. If you want to go green, you'll have many more options to choose from in the next few years.

If you want a greener car right now, we're sure that you've checked out the 2017 Toyota Prius. Now the Toyota brand has big plans to expand its lineup of green cars, with a multi-billion dollar investment and a new annual sales target for the next decade. These green Toyota cars would be powered by batteries or by hydrogen and we could see more than ten new models in the early 2020s. The Toyota brand expects that green cars could make up nearly half of its total global sales by 2030, which is in line with recent estimates of strong growth for the electric and hybrid car market.

The biggest challenge will be manufacturing the number of batteries needed to power these vehicles, which is why the Toyota brand is partnering with companies like Panasonic. Toyota cars were at the forefront of the green car revolution, and this brand will continue to innovate. We can't wait to see what new models are in the works!

So when you're shopping for a new car that won't leave behind a big carbon footprint, make our Phoenix Toyota dealership your first stop. Our friendly and knowledgeable dealers are ready to answer any questions about specific models, new features, or upcoming vehicles. We look forward to meeting you!
